Apply now for our Thought Leadership Program Delivery Lead role at IPAA Victoria.
The role is full-time and ongoing and available as a secondment opportunity for Public Sector employees.
IPAA Victoria is Victoria’s peak public purpose sector professional association. We help connect, celebrate and build the capability of the sector through:
- innovative professional development programs
- thought leadership events
- networking opportunities
- leadership awards.
We’re looking for people with public sector experience to lead and deliver thought leadership events, resources and conversations for IPAA Victoria members in line IPAA Victoria’s Thought Leadership Series.
Thought leaders are recognised as experts in their industry and have an influential voice. They share valuable insights, ideas and expertise to uplift the capability of others.
You’ll be involved in all stages of the program design process including ideation, design, testing, delivery and evaluation.
You’ll liaise with leaders across the public sector and codesign thought leadership events like:
- webinars
- roundtables
- panel discussions
- hackathons and innovative sessions.
Who we’re looking for
To be successful, you’ll need to have a background in policy development or program management.
You’ll need to have experience:
- in local, state or federal government organisations
- in project management
- planning, managing and delivering events (online and in-person)
- managing stakeholders from different levels of government, public sector agencies or authorities.
