The youth worker in a school will support the emotional, social, and mental wellbeing of students, particularly those who may be disengaged, vulnerable, or experiencing challenges. They work alongside teaching and wellbeing staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Their goal is to build positive relationships with students and help them develop the skills and resilience needed to thrive both at school and in life.
