The 7-9 OSO is responsible for managing the effective running of the junior school (Years 7 to 9) administration and collaborating closely with the 7-9 Deputy Principal, Heads of School and Year Level Leaders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all processes in accordance with established policies. It is also expected that the OSO will conduct themselves in a consistent, professional, courteous, and efficient manner at all times and actively model our school values of Belonging, Curiosity and Achievement.
As the 7-9 OSO, this position will work co-operatively with both internal and external clients and will involve close interaction with a range of stakeholders. It will also include interaction and collaboration with all staff.

About our School:
Walcom Ngarrwa Secondary College is a new school that opened in Werribee in January 2024. On opening Walcom Ngarrwa, welcomed 177 Year 7 students to the school community. Over the coming years, the school will add a new year level every year through until 2029, when we will have students from Year 7-12.
