The PCMS Functional Support Analyst is responsible for providing application functional support to Patient and Client Management System (PCMS) Health Service clients across Victoria.
The PCMS Functional Support Analyst, reporting to the PCMS Functional Support Manager, provides expert support, advice, and assistance to Victorian public hospitals utilising the i.Patient Manager application via the PCMS service. This role is responsible for achieving team KPI, SLA, and OLA goals, as well as the reporting of application and service faults to appropriate vendors and teams.

About you:
The Department of Health is seeking a capable and motivated PCMS Functional Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert support for the Patient Client Management System (PCMS), ensuring operational effectiveness and contributing to continuous improvement in health service delivery.
As a key member of the team, you will apply a systems-thinking approach to understand how PCMS integrates with broader departmental objectives and processes. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, improve service outcomes, and support ongoing innovation.

You will work collaboratively across teams and functions, using your leadership to bring together the right people to solve complex issues and deliver results.
