Workforce Reporting Adviser
The Role
The Workforce Reporting Advisor's primary responsibility is to ensure that high level workforce reports are provided to DJSIR internal clients in a consistent and timely manner. This role will review and enhance workforce data availability and will provide accurate monthly and quarterly statistics in line with relevant DJSIR reporting directions. A key feature of this role is to provide timely and consistent advice and responses in relation to ad hoc reporting requests.
The Workforce Reporting Advisor will assist with the preparation of all workforce reporting for distribution and support the Director People & Culture Operations with various reports, activities and projects as required.

The Team
The position of Workforce Reporting Adviser will work within People & Culture Branch, which sits within Corporate Services Group.
Corporate Services Group actively supports Ministers and portfolio groups to create the conditions for sustainable economic development and employment growth. The Group works collaboratively to deliver integrated and operational functions across the department, leading the development of governance, people, culture, systems and capability. It comprises Financial and Property Services, Investment and Procurement, Information Services, Performance and Governance, Legal and Legislation and People & Culture Services.
People and Culture Branch is a multi-disciplinary team which operates within the Corporate Services Group of DJSIR. It is a strategic, tactical and operational function, supporting the achievement of the department's objectives by providing excellent service and trusted advice. It has a clear focus on adding value to the department by supporting the Executive Board to drive DJSIR's organisational culture through a range of strategies and initiatives.
