About the role:
The Adviser is responsible for supporting the delivery of recruitment services and executive employment functions within the department, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of talent that meets departmental needs and the provision of high-quality advice relating to executive contracts.
This role involves sourcing, screening, and assisting hiring managers to interview candidates for a variety of positions, while overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. The Adviser works closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs, provide recruitment updates, and ensure that hiring decisions are in line with departmental policies.
The Adviser will ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
Additionally, the role includes contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes by identifying areas for enhancement and collaborating with the team to implement more efficient and effective practices.
The Adviser actively participates in training and development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills and stay informed on industry best practices, ensuring their ongoing contribution to the success of the team.
