About the Role
The Workforce Operations Support Officer is a key member of the People & Culture team, delivering high-quality operational support across the full employee lifecycle. The role is central to ensuring workforce services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner across TZV.
This position coordinates end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, manages employee movements and data within TZV’s HRIS (SuccessFactors), and provides operational support to priority initiatives within the Workforce Operations portfolio.
With a strong focus on systems integrity, process excellence and customer service, the Workforce Operations Support Officer acts as a super user for SuccessFactors and the intranet. The role plays an important part in enhancing the employee experience by responding to enquiries promptly, maintaining accurate workforce data, and identifying opportunities to streamline and continuously improve people processes.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Act as the first point of contact for Workforce/People & Culture enquiries, triaging and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team in a timely manner
Process end-to-end HRIS and employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, position creation, job changes, personal information updates, flexible working arrangements, probation confirmations, and terminations, ensuring accurate and compliant records in SuccessFactors and other People systems
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, working closely with leaders, employees, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience
Act as a systems ambassador, promoting effective and compliant use of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SharePoint (Intranet) and other People systems, while maintaining data accuracy and integrity
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing Workforce Operations processes, systems, service delivery, and supporting programs such as employee recognition.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
Diploma in Human Resource Management (or similar) desirable, with a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR administration or payroll, including experience supporting HR operations.
Demonstrated ability to analyse information, interpret policies, apply critical thinking, and resolve People-related matters accurately and efficiently.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with advanced Microsoft Office skills, HRIS/HCM experience, and the ability to manage high volumes of transactions, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service that anticipates and meets business and employee needs.
Composed, outcome-focused, able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, and demonstrates discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
