Workforce Mobility Lead
Lead and facilitate workforce mobility policy, process and redeployment programs for the department for surplus employees. Help drive fair, high-quality employment opportunities in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Resolve complex HR and workforce issues supporting workforce mobility to meet the changing needs of the department's workforce. Design and streamline processes across the division to improve stakeholder experiences.
Your new role
Join the People Strategy and Operations division for 12-months to support workforce mobility, there are two positions available that will work as a small team with a shared VPS4 resource.
Workforce Mobility Lead – People Services
Customer and process focused Lead will sit in the People Services team. This role will lead functions supporting the efficient delivery of end-to-end people services for employees. The Lead will be responsible for maintaining and reporting on data for unattached employees in the program and supporting the redeployment function.
Workforce Mobility Lead – Policy & Workplace Relations
Policy and procedure focused Lead will sit in the Policy and Strategy team. This role will lead functions supporting the policy framework and department obligations for surplus employees. This role will be responsible for the management of unattached employee's and supporting the redeployment approach for the department.
