The Workforce and Support Advisor provides operational support to a broad range of activities in the Office of the CEO. Working closely with the Senior Advisor, Workforce Management and the Senior Advisor to the CEO, you will provide administrative support on all recruitment and operational human Resources matters, as well as ensuring the delivery of briefings, correspondence and parliamentary reporting activities .
With demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a fast paced environment, your exceptional communication and well-developed planning and organising skills, will see you consistently meet timelines and deliver high-quality work.
The key to success in this role is your ability to provide high-level customer service by responding promptly and delivering in a high-pressure environment by identifying and responding to opportunities as they arise.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
