About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Workers' Compensation and Self Insurance Manager to lead CFA's WorkCover and Volunteer Compensation programs at a strategic, organisation-wide level.

You will engage with executives, functional leaders, employees, volunteers, workers compensation insurers, regulator, internal and external legal and other key stakeholders.
This role involves assisting in influencing leaders and managing the Volunteer Compensation Scheme. Using insight driven reporting and analysis, you will identify opportunities for better and sustainable recovery outcomes to strengthen CFA's self-insurance capability.
