Join our Rural Health Service team as a Work Health & Safety Coordinator
Tallangatta Health Service is seeking an experienced and proactive Work Health & Safety Coordinator to support the delivery of a safe, compliant, and healthy workplace across our organisation.
Reporting to the Quality & Risk Manager, this role partners closely with leaders and staff to provide expert WHS advice, lead safety initiatives, manage workplace risk, and support continuous improvement across clinical, aged care, and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
This is a permanent part time position based onsite at our Tallangatta location. Offering 32 - 48hrs per fortnight (0.4-0.6EFT) with the flexibility to negotiate working arrangements.

About You:
You will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent), at least 5 years’ experience in a WHS role, and strong knowledge of Victorian OHS legislation, incident management, risk assessment, and workplace investigations. Experience within healthcare or aged care will be highly regarded.
