GWMWater is seeking a motivated and capable Team Leader to lead and support our Water Treatment Plant Operators across the Wimmera region. In this role, you will provide leadership and technical guidance to a specialised team, ensuring the safe and effective operation of water treatment facilities while delivering excellent water quality outcomes for our communities
You will thrive in this position if you can:
To be successful, you will bring extensive knowledge of water treatment operations and drinking water quality management, along with experience leading and supporting a specialised operational team. Strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to continuous improvement, will be highly regarded.
