This role is an Education Support position, Range 4, as per the Victorian Government Schools Agreement. The Remuneration range is currently $93,265pa to $109,967pa, with increases subject to satisfactory performance as per the Department of Education and Training¿s Performance and Development Process. Remuneration is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
A three-year bachelor degree is the minimum qualification required for this position, either in the fields of counselling, psychology, social welfare, education, or another relevant related area.
The position is full time (38 hours per week, 1.0 EFT). The Wellbeing Leader is not required onsite during school term breaks (approximately 11-12 weeks per year), however, may be recalled with the Executive Team in the rare instance of a critical incident requiring wellbeing and leadership support.
