We’re seeking a motivated and curious individual with an interest in water resource modelling and data‑driven decision making. This role offers the opportunity to apply or further develop modelling, data analysis and coding skills while contributing to work that directly supports how Victoria’s surface water resources are managed.
You’ll work with experienced modellers, water corporations and other stakeholders to improve hydrological models, translate system knowledge into modelling tools, and communicate insights that inform water planning and operational decisions. The role offers exposure to a wide range of Victorian water systems, opportunities for regional engagement, and flexible, hybrid working arrangements across Victoria.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2028. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
