About the role:
As a key member of the Creative and Social Media Team, the Video Producer will create and develop high quality digital content (video, photography, and social media content) for customer stories, internal communications, external promotional social videos, marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other department-wide projects.
They are responsible for ensuring all creative content is clear, engaging, and timely, and aligned to the department's digital strategy and strategic plan.
They deliver multiple priority projects concurrently, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to support delivery of wider communications and stakeholder engagement objectives.
As appropriate, they may also be required to provide surge support to ensure effective media and communications services can be delivered by the Branch during emergency, crisis, and peak periods.
