About the role
As Valuer, you will provide expert valuation advice and undertake complex, sensitive and time-critical valuations for government agencies and public sector clients. You will support infrastructure projects through detailed property research, valuation advice and coordination of external valuation services. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be central to your success, along with the ability to negotiate and resolve valuation matters to achieve positive outcomes.
The role also contributes to policy development, continuous improvement initiatives and the maintenance of high valuation standards and quality systems. You may also support presentations on Government Land Policy and provide strategic advice to clients. This position offers a varied and meaningful opportunity to contribute to important public sector projects and outcomes.
