About the Business Unit:
The Judy Lazarus Transition Centre (JLTC) is a secure residential facility that aims to reduce re offending. The Centre provides eligible, motivated prisoners with access to resources and support to help them reintegrate back into the community.
About the Role:
The role of the Transition Officer is to provide intensive case management to allocated residents while contributing to the daily operations of the Centre.
