About the Role:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role plays a key role in delivering AMDRAS-accredited training and assessments, while building capability in conflict resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) across the Dispute Resolution Division. You will design and deliver tailored training programs, strengthen practitioner capability, and contribute to high-quality dispute resolution outcomes.
This role also supports the ongoing development and implementation of the Division's Quality Assurance and Panel Governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, integrity, and excellence across services.
