About the role
As the Traditional Owner Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting respectful, culturally informed and enduring relationships between Parks Victoria and Traditional Owners across the Gariwerd Biocultural Landscape.
Working closely with Traditional Owners, Regional Operations teams and the Aboriginal Engagement and Partnerships Division, you will coordinate engagement activities and partnership programs that ensure Traditional Owner knowledge, values and aspirations are embedded into park management, recovery programs and operational delivery.
You will lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, support cultural land management outcomes, contribute to governance and reporting processes, and help build organisational capability in Traditional Owner partnerships.

The Aboriginal Engagement and Partnerships Division provides strategic direction and culturally informed advice to support meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owners across Victoria.

We work closely with Traditional Owners, Aboriginal communities and Parks Victoria teams to deliver outcomes that respect culture, strengthen partnerships and support the future management of Country.
