The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
Group
The purpose of this group is to accelerate digital transformation of government services for Victorians and shared services across the VPS. The group is central to DGS' strategic and reform agenda, and drives service on-boarding, customer centricity and transformation including through digital platforms capability. Its priorities are to develop Whole of Victorian Government (WOVG) policies and projects that address the opportunities and risks of digital transformation and WOVG digital platforms and infrastructure that improve productivity and effectiveness.
About the role
As a Platforms Test Manager, this role will provide delivery of Quality Assurance services to the CCP program across all platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow etc.). Successful applicant will have the crucial role of leading the build and maintenance quality assurance stream for the program.
We are looking for a Test Manager who can demonstrate their ability to design, plan, execute and support the test requirements for complex digital programs across large-scale corporate or government environments. The Test Manager will develop, co-ordinate, and manage all agreed technology and business testing across the WOVG Human Capital Management Program to ensure the successful implementation and production support of the Human Capital Management Platform (SAP SuccessFactors) with customer organisations. This is a technical leadership role for someone who likes to pull up their sleeves.
