About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Information & Technology Officer and Director, Information Technology Services, the Technology Project Officer provides advice to internal and external stakeholders and supports operational and project-focused reporting and delivery outcomes. The role works across a broad range of technologies and service delivery activities, supporting project delivery and connection with the Project Management Office.
The responsibilities of the Technology Project Officer will include, but are not limited to:
You will bring demonstrated experience supporting projects, programs or operational initiatives in a technology, digital or business services environment. You will be comfortable preparing project documentation, coordinating meetings and actions, maintaining financial and administrative records, and producing clear, accurate reports, briefings and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
You will also bring a strong business partnering approach and a solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement. Experience in project delivery, change support, data-informed decision making and process improvement will be highly regarded, as will an interest in emerging technologies, automation and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Statistics, Engineering, Maths, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Economics or another relevant quantitative discipline will be highly regarded. Prince2 or Project Management qualifications are desirable. Agile or Scrum qualifications are also desirable.
