The Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority (VCAA ) is a statutory body responsible to the Victorian Minister for Education, serving both government and non-government schools. We provide high-quality curriculum, assessment and reporting for all Victorian student's birth to 18 years.
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Corporate Services Division in the Information Technology Unit for an ongoing full-time position.
Role Purpose
The Technology Officer supports the delivery of information technology, providing technical assistance, tailored guidance, and innovative solutions. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, the incumbent ensures seamless technology adoption, conducts user training, and delivers responsive timely IT support. The purpose of this role is to provide first and second level technical infrastructure support, assist staff in the area of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and resolve technical problems reported through the incident management system.
