About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to play a pivotal role spanning Salesforce platform administration and DevOps engineering - bringing together configuration, automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and observability to support the Department's digital platforms and associated integrations.
Reporting to the Schools Training & Support Lead, this role ensures the stability, integrity, and effective operation of the Department's platforms-with equal accountability across Salesforce administration and DevOps practices including automation scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure platform capabilities - across both Salesforce and the broader DevOps toolchain - are aligned with operational needs and organisational objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically versatile professional to blend Salesforce platform expertise with modern DevOps practices - delivering platform stability, automation, and observability in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
