About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Structural Drafter, the Technical Officer – Structural Design position sits within the Assets and Engineering division and is responsible for undertaking concept and detailed design drafting of structures and geotechnical works under supervision, and providing advice on constructability.
As part of the role, the Technical Officer – Structural Design will be required to build and maintain relationships through collaboration on projects.
The Technical Officer - Structural Design will be responsible for providing advice in the field of structural drafting and associated construction under general functional supervision. They will assist in developing standard documentation and practices relating to the drafting of bridges and other road related structures, and geotechnical drafting requirements.
