The opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to maximise industry compliance with the landholder, lease and change in beneficial ownership provisions of the Duties Act 2000. This is done by reviewing and assessing low to medium complexity disclosures by taxpayers as well as undertaking investigations into instances of non-compliance.
