Technical Officer
The Role
The position will sit within the Hatcheries team and will report directly to the Stocking and Site Coordinator, Snobs Creek. This position is part of both the native fish and salmonid hatcheries, the stocking program and will work closely with other areas of Victorian Fisheries Authority to achieve broader results.

The Team
The position of Technical Officer forms a part of the Victorian Fisheries Authority.
As a statutory authority, the VFA has the responsibility of managing Victoria's fisheries resources in a coordinated and strategic way to ensure their ongoing sustainability, while supporting the value they deliver to the commercial, recreational, aquaculture and Indigenous fishing sectors.
