As we embark on a new chapter of transformation, we need you to join us as a Team Manager for Conciliation. As a Conciliation Team Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Conciliation Officers and Dispute Officers, to deliver high quality, timely and accessible conciliation services and support the fair, informal and cost-effective resolution of worker's compensation disputes in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (Vic) 2013.
As an experienced leader, you will harness your skills to grow a high performing, collaborative and supportive dispute resolution team. You will oversee service and quality standards and actively promote a constructive, accountable and learning culture.
This opportunity will see you thrive in leadership, proactively driving continuous improvements that enhance the experience of injured workers and other parties to disputes, as well as our stakeholders more broadly. You will enjoy having an impact on the delivery of WIC's organisational strategy as an active leader and steward of our culture.
