About the role:
The Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC) service is a sub‑acute residential mental health program supporting young people aged 16–25. We provide short‑term, recovery‑focused care for young people stepping up from community or stepping down from inpatient services, within a therapeutic, home‑like environment that promotes stabilisation, skill development and re‑engagement with personal goals.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Clinician to provide clinical and operational leadership within the YPARC service. Working closely with the Manager ICYMHWS, Consultant Psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team, you will oversee intake, referral pathways, assessment, treatment planning, bed flow and discharge coordination.
You will lead a small team of clinicians while fostering strong partnerships with our NGO provider and key stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care that is responsive to individual strengths, supports recovery, and strengthens connections with families and support networks.
