An understanding of electoral legislation and processes in an Australian jurisdiction, including an awareness of the importance of the register of electors and its ongoing integrity as a critical element of electoral processes, is desirable but not essential. 
Experience supervising a team by providing constructive feedback to drive individual and team success. 
Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive business improvements and successful delivery of services. 
Experience in accessing and administering sensitive information in ways that are compliant with privacy principles and obligations.
