About the role

The Team Leader Regional Projects is responsible for delivering assigned capital projects to a team and leading this team to exceed client and community requirements. The Team Leader Regional Projects ensures that the project team is provided with support from other functional teams within Regional Capital Delivery or DTP.
What we’re looking for
This role requires you to collaborate across teams to deliver safe, practical and high-quality engineering outcomes with a strong focus on capability development, building team skills through coaching, feedback and creating opportunities for growth. Strong professional engineering knowledge enables you to shape solutions, manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards. You translate strategy into well-governed projects and can lead by defining clear roles, success measures and monitoring progress to achieve outcomes. With sound critical thinking, you resolve issues using guidelines or informed judgement. You build effective stakeholder partnerships, understanding needs and delivering outcomes within organisational context.
