About the role
*This is an Ongoing Full-time position*
The Team Leader Regional Projects sits within Regional Capital Delivery, and is responsible for delivering assigned capital projects to a team and leading this team to exceed client and community requirements. The Team Leader Regional Projects ensures that the project team is provided with support from other functional teams within Regional Capital Delivery or DTP.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must bring strong leadership in delivering capital projects, with a focus on team capability, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project execution. They apply sound engineering knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving to manage risks and ensure compliance, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications and experience
Mandatory
Relevant experience in the delivery of large transport projects
Desirable
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil)
Tertiary qualifications in project management
