Lead and manage a team within the Data & Reporting function by overseeing daily workflows, managing priorities and resource allocation, and ensuring team deliverables align with business needs and strategic objectives.
Support the effective daily operation of the Data & Reporting function by coordinating workflows, assisting with resource allocation, and ensuring team activities are aligned with business priorities.
Contribute to the identification and resolution of complex data and reporting challenges, supporting the delivery of sustainable, fit-for-purpose solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, manage expectations, and support the delivery of data-informed HR services.
Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment by supporting consistent work practices, knowledge sharing, and alignment to strategic goals.
The role partners with the People Partnerships team and broader business to understand data needs, support strategic initiatives, and promote the use of data-driven insights in decision-making.
This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term.
