About the Division
The Academy Services Division includes a range of specialist services to ensure high quality professional learning, an engaging participant experience, and facilitate a consistent quality management approach. The Division includes specialists in learning design, data evaluation and evidence, communications and public advocacy.
The purpose of the Participant & Program Support (PPS) team is to ‘know our participants' and support their individual learning journey. The team delivers this through high quality participant service for all enquiries and programs in a triaged/tiered approach to deliver a consistent approach across all offerings and sites.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for you as the Team Leader, Participant and Program Support to lead a sub-team within the unit that is responsible for coordinating professional learning programs to ensure a high-quality and engaging learning experience for our participants.
As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation and delivery of the Participant and Program Support Team's initiatives, supporting and shaping a consistent and high-quality customer-focused approach across all Academy sites to support the Academy to deliver on its objectives and functions. You will support this work through coordination of a matrix model in which staff are brokered into teams across the Academy, and through mentoring, coaching and managing staff to achieve positive outcomes in program support. The role will also facilitate clear communication and coordination of activities between teams. The Team Leader provides strategic thought leadership and drives innovation, leading a number of strategic priorities for the team and Division.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Essential: Experience leading staff in complex environments to deliver high-quality, consistent experience for stakeholders.
Desirable: Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant field.
