About the Role

The Team Leader Medical Review provides support for Medical Review Leaders by facilitating operational activities to meet service standards. This role will also investigate and resolve escalated cases, enquiries and complaints at a high standard of customer service. The Team Leader will contribute to and support project and process improvement initiatives.

Position Outcomes

· Prepare case chronologies, briefs and correspondence on complex cases that have been escalated, provide support and expert advice to stakeholders, resolve complex case issues and communicate the outcome in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
