About the Role
The Team Leader Materials Assurance plays an important role in delivering on DTPs material assurance schemes which supports the delivery of its assets. This position leads a team responsible for conducting surveillance audits, providing specialist support on the manufacture and testing of construction materials, and assisting with the implementation and operation of assurance schemes.
The role works across projects, technical and industry partners, applying knowledge in quality systems and DTP requirements to check for compliance, identify and resolve issues.

The DTP is seeking a skilled professional with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and team management abilities, capable of delivering tasks effectively while working collaboratively across teams. The role requires quality/technical expertise in a road construction materials discipline, applying this knowledge to provide insights and develop solutions that drive successful engineering and infrastructure outcomes.
