About the Team
A core service of State Trustees is protecting the financial and legal interests of thousands of Victorians who are unable to manage their own affairs because of mental illness, injury or disability.
The Legal Support team manages the legal and complex issues for clients who no longer have the capacity to manage their own affairs, where a legal, complex or highly sensitive matter requires resolution. Core issues include the management and resolution of alleged financial elder abuse, crimes compensation, TAC and TFM claims, family law matters and property disputes.
About the Role
As the Team Leader, you will lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of passionate, dedicated, and high performing consultants.
You will have the client at front of mind in all interactions and work towards resolution of their circumstances with the assistance of stakeholders, your team, the client, and their support network.
As a member of the Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively with other leaders key business stakeholders to improve service delivery by providing insight, analysis, and reporting to impact the client journey directly and positively.
A challenging role that requires and experienced people leaders who can think outside the square and has excellent problem-solving skills.
