About the role
As part of the People, Legal and Governance Group, the Team Leader HR Operations leads the HR Operations function, overseeing day-to-day HR processes including employee lifecycle changes across DTP and associated Transport Portfolio entities. The role partners with stakeholders to deliver efficient, customer-focused services and drive continuous improvement across HR operations, while leading the implementation of the HR Operations strategic roadmap. It also provides end-to-end resolution of escalated HR queries, strengthens key stakeholder relationships, and leads a high-performing team within a safe, inclusive and supportive service environment.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
Experience using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, supporting HR processes and system operations (mandatory).
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver responsive, customer-focused service outcomes.
Experience working with HR and/or payroll systems in a transactional environment (desirable).
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
