The Team Leader HR & Payroll is responsible for leading a team who is responsible for delivering service excellence and building a high performing culture in providing high quality, customer-centric and responsive HR & Payroll to support the employee lifecycle across the Department.
You will work with a range of partners to ensure the integrated and seamless delivery of HR operational services across the Department and will be an active member of the HR & Payroll Operations Unit in People & Culture Division, contributing to the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focussed, collaborative, professional and engaged.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Melbourne CBD or DEECA Regional offices with hybrid work arrangements available.
