NHW is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Team Leader to support our Community Services Administration teams in providing exceptional service to our clients and community.
Reporting to the Manager of Community Access and Administration, the Team Leader will provide visible leadership to a team of highly valued Administration Professionals that provide clerical and administration services to a range of teams based at the Green Street campus of NHW.
Key responsibilities of the Administration Team Leader include provision of a high standard of patient facing reception service, clerical support to clinicians within outpatient clinics and community services, administration of accounts and maintaining accurate data within numerous clinical administration platforms, including iPM, HMS and Unity.
