About the Team
The Client Assets Team plays a critical role in safeguarding and administering the assets of State Trustees clients. It sits in the Cashflow and Property business unit, which manages property sales, leases and maintenance, insurance, Centrelink pensions, payments, receipting, and client assets. The team ensures all client financial information is accurate, up to date, and transacted promptly, supporting the organisation's key relationships with financial institutions such as banks, superannuation funds, and investment firms.
About the Role
The Team Leader, Client Assets provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, and quality review services to the Client Assets team. You will oversee the team's workflow, monitor quality and compliance, mentor and develop team members, and ensure client assets are managed efficiently and securely. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative, high-performing team that protects our clients' financial wellbeing, whilst also building external relationships with financial institutions to improve service delivery.
Skills & Experience required
Experience with using Oracle General Ledger/Garradin Portfolio Management Systems is highly considered along with experience in financial services and/or trustee industries.
