About us:

Under this model, all staff are given the opportunity to, and are expected to, develop their knowledge and skills in relation to a wide range of services that CCSB provides and will be allocated to work on different services at different times according to priorities, their level and the knowledge and skills they have developed.
About you:

Your ability to plan, organise, and prioritise will ensure resources are effectively managed, and your problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities will drive innovation and practical solutions.
This role requires an individual who is adaptable and confident in leading change, able to navigate complex environments, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations with professionalism and integrity.
