About the role
The Team Leader – Behaviour Change leads a team of staff to deliver behaviour change strategy and interventions that drive both the systemic and individual changes needed to shift Victoria to a circular economy.
Applying behaviour change theory, systems thinking, partnerships and social marketing techniques, the team works to make it easier for the Victorian public to reduce, reuse, repair, share and recycle commonly wasted materials like electronics, textiles and plastics.
About you
As a leader within the Research, Education and Behaviour change group you will thrive in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will apply your people management experience to inspire the high performance of a small team to deliver innovative, best-practice behaviour change interventions. You will possess strong project management skills with a track record of building strong relationships to coordinate and motivate colleagues and staff to achieve SV's strategic goals.
