THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, HR Services the role plays a pivotal role in the provision of management, support and authoritative advice of delivery of HR services to managers and staff across the department. The role leads and motivates a team to provides effective and efficient services to internal clients.
The role manages a small team of staff who administer, provide advice and deliver the full suite of human resources operational processes ranging from recruitment, onboarding, contracts, conditions of employment, remuneration setting and formulating complex tailored HR advice.
The role provides high-quality strategic People and Culture consultancy, advice and solutions to managers, employees and HR contacts across the department and administrative offices. In addition, this role will contribute support for deploying and implementing reform initiatives as well as provide significant support change management initiatives or projects.
