THE ROLE
The Team Leader, Reception Services is responsible for management of the Reception Services team, providing guidance and support to ensure Reception Services delivers quality customer service both face-to-face and via telephone in a fast-paced working environment. Utilising good communication and interpersonal skills, the Reception Services team fulfil a crucial role in assisting clients, the general public and other service providers with the purpose of their contact and providing accurate, up to date information or a referral to the right person/agency. Reception Services also undertake general administrative tasks to support the Area.
This position collaborates extensively across the Area and Division, driving improvement to client service by reviewing and establishing client-focussed protocols, systems and training.
