The opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Team Leader to join the Business Revenue and Customer Services Division. As a Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team responsible for the revenue collection and customer services across one or more legislative programs. You will optimise resources to achieve service delivery targets and contribute to continuous improvement and strategic outcomes.
