THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Part Time, 0.5 EFT.
Location: Glen Waverley campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Contract of employment to 31st December 2025.
The Travel and Tourism Programs at Holmesglen are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Teacher to implement and facilitate contemporary, evidence-based teaching and learning methodologies to maximise student learning outcomes.
Play a key role in student engagement, providing advice and participating in selection. Foster an inclusive learning environment, tailoring strategies to diverse student needs. Contribute to continuous improvement, manage operational duties efficiently, and maintain industry connections for customised training.
The successful applicant will participate in all facets of the learning process from course enquiry and advice to assessing and determining the educational and training requirements of students within the Certificate III in Tourism and Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism programs.
