Holmesglen Institute is a leading provider of vocational and higher education in Victoria, with over 40 years of experience and 140,000 graduates. As one of the largest government-owned TAFEs, we offer 600+ courses across multiple campuses, including Chadstone, Moorabbin, Glen Waverley, Eildon, and Melbourne's CBD. Our hands-on learning approach is supported by state-of-the-art facilities and strong industry partnerships, ensuring students gain the skills needed for successful careers. We foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages both staff and students to grow, innovate, and make a positive community impact.
The Opportunity:
Holmesglen’s Diploma of Nursing is an ANMAC-accredited, NMBA-approved program that prepares students for Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA and provides a clear pathway into the Bachelor of Nursing. Delivered at our Bourke Street and Moorabbin campuses, the program offers state-of-the-art simulation facilities, immersive VR learning, and strong industry partnerships. Students complete all 400 professional placement hours within a single health organisation, graduating confident, capable, and work-ready.
We are currently seeking three Nursing Teachers to join our team across two campuses — one part-time position at Moorabbin and two full-time positions at Bourke Street.
These roles provide educational leadership within the Diploma of Nursing, with a strong focus on integrating digital learning and simulation technologies into teaching practice. Nursing Teachers will ensure best-practice standards are consistently applied across the curriculum, contributing expert input into the design and delivery of engaging, simulation-based learning experiences. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting fellow educators in the effective use of digital pedagogy, enhancing student engagement and clinical preparedness.
