The Opportunity:
The Community and Social Services Department (CSS) provides a range of qualifications, such as Community Services, Justice, Aged Care, Leisure and Health, Disability, Youth Work, and Family Violence. These courses are available at Holmesglen’s Moorabbin, Chadstone, and Glen Waverley campuses, as well as online. They are designed to enable learners to develop their professional skills, build confidence, and establish a network within the community services industry. By providing both theoretical knowledge and practical experience through field placements and community projects, these courses prepare students for a wide array of professional roles within the community and social services sectors. The department is committed to fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment that equips students for the dynamic challenges of community service roles.
