The Opportunity:
The Design and Finishing Trades Department at Holmesglen delivers a diverse range of programs spanning fashion and interior design, furniture manufacturing and upholstery, trowel trades, painting, and printing. Our offerings support students across various stages of their educational journey, with qualifications ranging from Certificate II through to advanced diplomas and degree-level programs.
Join us as a Teacher – Automotive and Marine Trimming Technology and help shape the next generation of trades professionals. In this role, you’ll deliver the Certificate III in Automotive and Marine Trimming Technology, a qualification that equips apprentices with the practical skills to fabricate, repair, and customise vehicle and boat interiors.
You’ll bring industry knowledge to life through hands-on training, while also encouraging apprentices to develop the communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills they need for long-term success. At Holmesglen, you’ll be supported by an experienced teaching team and have the chance to make a real impact in preparing students for rewarding careers in the automotive and marine trimming industry.
