Reporting to the Manger, People Services & Advisory the Talent Partner will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, establishing best practices across the OPP and equipping people leaders with the insights and capabilities needed to make informed and effective hiring decision. From driving early career initiatives and representing the OPP in the market, to embedding robust internal succession pipelines, you will be the driving force behind how we attract and secure talent.
